We are governed by the Pueblo Estates Homeowners Association, and we abide by the Rules and Covenants set down by them. Board members are elected by vote (one vote per household) and serve a three-year term. The Board Officers are elected by the Board at its first meeting of the new year.
An annual meeting for all homeowners is held in January. Homeowner Association meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:00 am (October - May).
We maintain our own streets with the exception of La Canoa, which is a county-owned street. To make sure there will always be open spaces, there are several "green areas", which cannot be used for building.
